OSWANZ wishes to share this exciting professional development opportunity that brings the International Psycho-Oncology Society’s (IPOS) world congress to Australia in a combined conference with Clinical Oncology Society Australia (COSA). This will bring international psycho-oncology practitioners and researchers who will share their research and best practices for our learning and provide a valuable networking opportunity. The last time IPOS world congress was held in Australia was 2012.

OSWANZ is an affiliate member of COSA so OSWANZ members can join COSA at a reduced rate ($150/year) which enables a member’s rate for conference registration, saving more than the $150 cost.

OSWANZ recognises it can be challenging for members to attend multiple conferences in close succession so we will be deferring this year’s OSWANZ conference to enable members to attend this unique opportunity. Our next conference will be held in Sydney in 2026 with more information to follow in due course.

OSWANZ will make it’s conference travel grants available for OSWANZ members who will be presenting at COSA-IPOS ASM to apply.
