Justin is a Consultant Social Worker in Psycho-Social Oncology at Te Whatu Ora – Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley, and Regional Lead for Cancer Psychological & Social Support across Capital, Coast, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa. With over 20 years in health social work, he leads the Allied Health Oncology team and offers clinical expertise, consultation, and support across the region and nationally.

A former President of OSWANZ, Justin is deeply committed to equity-focused, whānau-centred care. He contributes to national initiatives through the Cancer National Clinical Network and is passionate about creating culturally responsive services. Justin is especially driven to support and empower the wider health workforce to feel confident and capable in delivering compassionate, holistic care to people affected by cancer.
