Catherine graduated from Monash University in 2000 and has dedicated her career to health social work. Post-graduation, Catherine commenced as a clinical social worker in regional Victoria, specialising in Women’s & Children’s Health. Catherine has been a manager of social work teams since 2010 and following a period as manager at Royal Melbourne Hospital, commenced as Head of Social Work, Music & Art  Therapy at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in 2018.
