Janine Gilmour
Janine Gilmour is an experienced hospital Social Worker. For the past 3 years she has worked in the role of Senior Social Worker in the Cancer Centre at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Over the past 2 years she has been navigating NDIS applications in the Outpatient setting for people who are under 65 with cancer and significant impairment. Janine will aim to share some of her learning, approaches and case studies from the past 2 years.
Brad Sadler
Brad is the Manager of the Brain Cancer National Advocacy Service (NAS), which was established in Nov of 2021. He has a rich and varied work history as a leader of Not For Profit and Local Government organisations providing health and community services, a successful consultancy and several small businesses. Brad is passionate about the work of the National Advocacy Service in connecting clients with services and support. He is keen to share what the NAS team has learned from their experiences accessing the NDIS and optimising plan value and utility.
